Love it or your money back

Try it on. If it's not right, we'll fix it. You have 30 days from delivery — no interrogation, no runaround.

How it works

1. Email us first at hello@liviamare.com with your order number and what's wrong. Don't ship anything back yet — we'll send you the return address and instructions.
2. We'll offer you the options. Most of the time it's a sizing thing, and a free exchange sorts it. If you'd rather have store credit or your money back, that's fine too.
3. You choose. Exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Your call.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping. Our returns are received in Canada, so expect roughly $13–15 from within Canada and $15–25 from the US. It's how we keep shipping free for everyone on the way out.

Use a tracked service and keep the receipt — we can only refund what reaches us. Mark the customs form "Returned goods — no commercial value" so your parcel isn't held or charged duty.

We cover it if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or it's not what you ordered. Send us a photo and we'll send a prepaid label — you're not paying for our mistake.

Condition

Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original packaging. Try it on the way you would in a fitting room — that's exactly what the 30 days are for.

We can't accept items that have been worn out, washed, altered, or that come back smelling of perfume or smoke.

Your free gifts

Keep them. If you return the dress, the necklace and earrings are yours either way — they were a gift, not part of the transaction.

Timeline

• Email us within 30 days of delivery (not of your order date — the clock starts when the parcel lands).
• Ship it back within 14 days of getting your return instructions.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the item reaching us. Your bank then takes 5–10 days to show it.

Not returnable

• Gift cards
• Items marked Final Sale on the product page
• Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed

Wrong size?

Check the size guide on any product page before you order — it lists the garment's actual measurements plus what our models wear. It's the single best way to get this right the first time, and it saves us both the round trip.

EU & UK customers

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You can cancel for any reason, or no reason, without justifying yourself — and this sits alongside the 30-day policy above, whichever suits you better.

To withdraw, email hello@liviamare.com within 14 days of delivery. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Our returns are received in Canada, so this is typically €25–35 — please factor that in before you order. We'll refund your order, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of proof you've sent it).

You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check its nature and characteristics. If you handle it beyond that and its value drops, we may deduct that amount from your refund.

Return address

Please don't send anything back before emailing us — unannounced returns can't be traced to your order, and we won't be able to refund them.
